LOS ANGELES AP rett is playing his first dramatic role since the end of his seven-year run in the series "Medical Center."

Everett is starring for Columbia Pictures Television in a two-hour movie for NBC. "In the Glitter Palace." He plays a lawyer defending a young lesbian accused of murder. Robert Butler will direct the drama at the Burbank Studios and on locations in Los Angeles.
